I cannot tell you how very thrilled we are with our Church Directory experience. You were great to work with (very thorough, courteous, professional and informative), the photographer was VERY talented (his portrait work was brilliant and he has an eye for posing) and we are finding the editing part of the process to be fast & efficient. We recently completed our church directory with Universal. Just a note to let you know that everything went smoothly. Our consultant did a good job of making the process easy for us and answering any questions we had. She even checked with us afterwards to make sure there were no problems. The photographer and salesman were very good to work with. They were always on time and kept things running smoothly during the photography sessions. Our members appreciated that they were not pressured into purchasing professional portraits. I was impressed that the finished product was delivered in the time frame we were given. Just wanted to let you know that our experience with Universal was a good one!

We found Universal Church Directories to be professional at every turn. The crew that came in to photograph worked diligently to make sure that all of our scheduled families were accommodated, from squirmy children to even the occasional dog(s) and cat. I have been in leadership at our church for almost 20 years and I can recommence Universal to make good on their promise to provide a good community-building photo directory. We just finished up with our photography session for our new church directory. I just wanted to write to let you know how pleased we have been with the process so far. Our church consultant has been very helpful in working out all the details and showing us how things are going to work. The two young men, who came to photograph all the families and to show the portraits to everyone, were wonderful. They had an uphill battle with our congregation because of an earlier bad experience with a church directory. They were very professional, friendly, and positive throughout the 3 days they were with us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering Universal for a church directory. Because of our bad experience a few years ago with another church directory company, and not even receiving our directories in the end, our members were not very open to purchasing portraits. This was in no way a reflection on the photography team and their job performance. We are looking forward to completing the rest of our directory process and receiving our directories in the near future. Thank you again for making this experience very positive so far.

Universal Church Directories Is a lovely Christian organization that is dedicated to making a yearbook which celebrates your congregation. These beautiful mementos are great for introducing new and older members to one another. They are also wonderful keepsakes for celebrating your history. I personally worked with our church consultant, who was dedicated to making a book we would love. I appreciated her willingness to encourage us to be creative. We were not pressured to buy portraits, and our people were happy. When we were finished, we had a beautifully personalized book that reflects our Church family and helps us to celebrate our 50 years of ministry. Our church consultant’s commitment to personalized service made this experience a delight. I would highly recommend her as a consultant for creating your special pictorial directory. I know sometimes churches are hesitant to make a commitment to do a photo directory. I want to tell you an honest story about our experience with Universal Church Directories. We made the commitment to do the program and it went smoothly with no high pressure sales.

Through the proofing process we were able to give good direction to make the changes necessary to have a book we would love. The representative’s dedication to personal customer service and Universal Church Directories’ commitment to beautiful production created a book we are proud to display and share! Our photo directories came out beautiful! I would like to compliment Eileen Barker on a job well done. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

Eileen was so helpful every step of the way through the process. She knew the answers to all our questions, and she knew our questions even before we asked them.  The packets of materials she provided for each area that needed to be covered, as well as the promotional materials were received well in advance and were excellent resources for us. Some members of our committee had never worked on a directory before and with Eileen’s expert help it was easy- peasy!

Eileen was very prompt in responding to our many emails to her. Our phone meetings were very productive and made well use of our time together. I would not hesitate in recommending Universal and Eileen to any church or organization considering a pictorial directory in the future.

As co-coordinator of our Parish Pictorial Directory, I had the pleasure of meeting Molly Whooley for the first time on November 12, 2021. Molly was very friendly and eager to share what Universal Church Directories had to offer. We were pretty confident before we left that meeting that we would be going with Universal Church Directories because we would be working with Molly.

Molly was very organized and thorough in explaining the process of putting together a Parish Pictorial Directory. Molly was true to her word. When we had a question or concern, she was available to talk us through or get the answer for us. On several occasions, she took the time out of her busy schedule to come to St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Brandenburg, Kentucky, to meet with us or to drop off needed materials. We were never “put on hold.”
