Our Church Consultants are Ministry Minded & Family Focused. They provide support every step of the way and personally guide you through:
1. Organizational Meeting to prepare for photography.
2. A Design Meeting to create your custom directory.
3. Our portrait consultants and photographers create a fun, relaxed environment for photography with absolutely NO PRESSURE placed upon the parishioners to purchase.
4. Universal’s office staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every parish and every family is 100% satisfied with the directory and their portraits.

Helping you every step of the way
Organize & Plan
Work with your church consultant to schedule your photography event and get promotional materials.
Promote
Use promotional materials to advertise and engage your members in order to increase maximum participation. (letters, posters, bulletin inserts, and video announcements)
Schedule
Families can sign up after church, online, or be contacted to set an appointment.
Host
Your volunteers will greet your members & sign them in for the photography session.
Session
Our professional photographers will provide a variety of poses for each of your families. They will then sit down with the family and help them select their pose for a directory and give them the option of purchasing additional portraits.
Design
Use one of our 4 Design options to create a beautiful directory.
