MyUCD App Features and Benefits

The MyUCD App gives you any time, anywhere access to your church membership directory and more. Below are the features and benefits for users of the directory and church administrators. Note that the church controls who has access to the app and the content of the app.

Church Members

Features:
The MyUCD App is compatible with phones and tablets running iOS or Android.

Benefits:
Works on virtually all mobile devices.

MyUCD App

Features:

When the online directory is published a login code will be sent to all members in the directory.

Benefits:

No need to manage names or passwords.

Unique Identifier

Features:

Family images and information are downloaded to the app once and reside on the phone. A family’s image and information are only downloaded again if changes are made.

Benefits:

This minimizes a phone’s data usage which could otherwise be very high if family images were downloaded upon every use.

  • Clicking an address opens a map with directions

Family Information

Features:

There are two different ways to view the directory

  • A list of family names in alphabetical order with the ability to search
  • A scrollable family photo list

Benefits:

The family name list is a very quick way to look up a specific family.

The photo list is a great way to become familiar with other directory members or find a family that you recognize but do not know their names.

Church Administrators

Features:
Unlimited families can be added to the online directory.

Benefits:
There are no any hidden charges for large directories.

Features:

The online directory is automatically created by Universal Church Directories for the church.

Benefits:

That means that there is no additional work or training for church administrators.

Features:

Add or edit both family member information and individual family member information.

Benefits:

The online directory can be kept up to date at all times.

Features:

Church administrators can control the sending of notifications
